Logistics Specialist

The Position of Logistics Specialist requires the candidate ensures efficient coordination between our New York offices, overseas branches and factories, manages inventory control, and oversees all activities including purchasing, tracking, shipping and transportation, warehousing, and delivery; the business assistance aspect of this position demands proficiency with internet research and database management, as well as online marketing to expand our distribution network.

Requirement:
1. At least bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management major. MBA degree, previous project management experience plus.
2. Excellent communication skill. Bilingual in English and Mandarin. (Fluent in speaking and writing)
3. Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Accounting Software)
4. Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics to effectively track and analyze the status within the procurement process
5. Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment
6. Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
